DESCRIPTION
In order to meet the emergency communication needs of various industry command centers and emergency communication vehicles for resource sharing, information exchange, timely response, and mobile deployment, Kaichi Technology has specially developed the KC-1000 comprehensive communication command and dispatch system. The scheduling platform has a compact structure and the ability to exchange and connect, which can facilitate the interconnection and interworking of various communication systems, including shortwave communication systems, ultra shortwave communication systems, cluster communication systems, satellite phones, wired phones, IP phones, GSM mobile phones, and other specific communication systems, to achieve unified scheduling and command in heterogeneous network (wired, wireless) environments. The device operation is simple and convenient, without the need for professional wireless communication knowledge and complex device settings. It only requires connecting and simple operation of different devices to achieve voice interconnection and interworking of the connected devices.
The KC-1000 comprehensive communication command and dispatch system has high integration, low power consumption, small size, light weight, convenient movement, simple installation, and good flexibility and compatibility. It can be installed for mobile use on emergency communication vehicles or used in command and control centers.
Product Features
1. Voice scheduling
① Support voice calling, phone forwarding, forced dismantling, forced insertion, hanging up, monitoring, incoming call pop-up, and call queue functions;
② Video call: Video calls can be made through an IP video phone.
2. Telephone conference
① Support group conference communication system, with a maximum of 32 parties per group and a maximum of 16 groups for communication. Each group works simultaneously, independent and non-interference with each other;
② Support meeting speeches, bans on speaking, bans on listening, pauses and ends of meetings, and redialing calls when meeting team members exit abnormally;
③ Equipped with monitoring function, the dispatch desk can monitor any conference call group.
3. Commander's Meeting
When multiple parties make calls in the same group of meetings, any party can be set as the commander. When the commander speaks, other participants listen simultaneously, and when any other participant speaks, only the commander listens;
4. Emergency plan
The emergency plan meeting is a pre organized meeting of members based on the emergency plan, which can quickly start the meeting or broadcast when needed for execution.
5. Emergency broadcasting
Emergency broadcasting is mainly used to gather multiple members together for special conference calls, where all attendees can only listen and cannot speak. The type of broadcasting can be set (manual or voice), and selected voice files can be played.
6. Recording
Built in recording service, supporting conference recording and peer-to-peer call recording, and supporting recording retrieval, playback, export, and other functions.
7. Other functions
① Built in SIP server, supporting SIP protocol;
② The system adopts a B/S architecture and supports web scheduling;
③ Support the command and scheduling of multi seat dispatch stations, and support the access of dispatch stations through wired or WIFI devices.
④ Equipped with a built-in shortwave speech discriminator, it can effectively distinguish between shortwave white noise and speech signals;
⑤ DSP speech digitization processing, unique effective speech judgment and noise reduction algorithm, with each audio output gain independently adjustable; Supports 7-level digital noise reduction, 7-level VOX threshold control, 9-level audio output gain control, and tone masking;
⑥ Expanding the network cascading of chassis boards can be added according to actual business needs;
