Shortwave Visual Communication Management System

The shortwave visual communication management system is a new feature that differs from traditional shortwave communication, including real-time network monitoring, daily applications, visual scheduling of practical exercises, sharing and expansion of shortwave communication resources, and display of shortwave construction achievements, which is incorporated into the visual management of the general's autonomous frequency selection shortwave radio. The system adopts an IP backbone architecture and SIP standard communication protocol. The design of the system is in line with the current development direction of information equipment networking, big data, intelligence, and visualization, and can improve the comprehensive capabilities of shortwave communication networks such as call rate, reuse rate, anti damage, and information management level.

    2、 System functions

    1. Implement visual command and scheduling functions for shortwave communication networks;

    2. Accurately locate shortwave vehicle stations and backpack stations, and display positioning information on GIS electronic maps;

    3. Real time monitoring of whether the equipment in the shortwave communication network is in normal working condition to ensure that it can be put into use at any time during wartime;

    4. Improve the utilization rate of equipment resources within the shortwave communication network;

    5. Solve various drawbacks such as a high proportion of subjective factors and weak data reference in the process of manual recording and statistical reporting communication.
